**Key Responsibilities**

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Greet, inform and assist customers as necessary both in person/over the phone
- Display a customer-driven attitude by providing exceptional service
- Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
- Input customer orders and all other transactions
- Manage after sales service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with vendors and operations team to ensure customer service issues are adequately handled

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a customer-driven environment
- Exceptional reading and written language skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to multi task

**Job Type: Full Time**
- Ability to work weekends is required

**Required Experience**:

- 1-2 years retail customer service
- Retail furniture experience is preferred

**Required Education**:

- High school or equivalent
- Post secondary education an asset

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
