Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
