**The Sales Trainee **will be provided with training on sales processes and best practices and we will teach you about our equipment and other related roles in the dealership to further develop your skills and to provide you with the opportunity to grow into an outside sales representative.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist walk in customers, adhering to our customer experience service standards.
- Follow up with and develop prospective leads following marketing campaigns and events.
- Build and maintain positive and long-term customer and prospect relationships; work to gain repeat and referral business.
- Grow and develop knowledge in multiple equipment lines to successfully represent Williams Machinery to prospective and repeat customers.
- Create required sales invoices.
- Prepare delivery documentation/packages.
- Complete the required documentation for SPIFS and other programs.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- High school diploma.
- Relevant post-secondary education or previous experience in sales, customer service and coordination/administration.
- Ability to deliver consistent, exceptional service to team members and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic and well organized.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft office programs specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel.
