**General Responsibilities**:

- The Manager In Training program provides hands-on-training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management.
- This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months.
- This role supports achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.

- Must be eligible to work in Canada
