- Facilitation and guidance for scrum teams in adoption of agile processes
- Creation of standard operating procedures
- Assist with setting and measuring KPI’s and performance metrics
- Assist with creating and maintaining project timelines
- Creation of project plans and sprint documentation
- Identify and remove team obstacles
- Facilitation of standard ceremonies
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback
- Communication of project status, risks and issues to stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Hold a university degree in a field related to IT
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Certification in Agile methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps
