We are reviewing our systems and processes to simplify them and better align them with the needs of our customers. **Your job** - Creating the conditions for successful delivery - Remove obstacles for squads and hold agile ceremonies (daily scrum, planning, demo, etc.) - Promote agile values and principles and facilitate the continuous improvement of multidisciplinary teams - Coach teams to make deliveries that respect the desired quality and the "definition of Done" agreed with the product owner. - Build efficient and autonomous teams that deliver end-to-end solutions while making the business value delivered visible. - Mobilize and coordinate squads to deliver value quickly while ensuring customer needs are always met in a dynamic environment - Support product owners as well as collaborate with other Scrum Masters, PMs and other stakeholders - Follow-up progress with the squads until post-implantation with the client - Set up and monitor metrics (sprint burndown, velocity, flow time, sunset graph, etc.) with squads. - Provide visibility into squad capacity to the Product Manager and Program Director. - Manage requests for changes internal to the program as well as from consumer projects. - Support the Program Director and PMs in monitoring and coordination. **Your team** IT is made up of more than 2,300 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
