IPM Finance Analyst - Transactions
**Job Description Summary**
As an IPM Finance Analyst - Transactions within the Global Occupier Services (GOS) group, you'll provide key analytical insights across diverse projects. Collaborating closely with account managers, you'll understand their requirements, develop deliverables, and establish processes to help the team achieve its objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
**Reporting**:
- Execute monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
- Maintain GOS Dashboards and associated reports.
- Generate ad hoc reports for GOS leadership.
- Provide Engage pipeline reporting to GOS FP&A.
- Deliver account management reporting.
**Support**:
- Assist Transaction Management teams with data entry, reporting, and account setup as needed.
- Train new users on Salesforce/Engage Opportunity Entry.
- Collaborate with the IT Service desk to manage Salesforce access requests, approving GOS users and assigning correct roles.
- Work with the Engage development team to maintain GOS roles in line with access and company hierarchies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business area.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant business/accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency and efficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present information concisely and thoroughly to a diverse audience.
- High initiative with the ability to learn, understand, and identify solutions.
- Effective management of multiple tasks and working under pressure.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 - $90,000.00
