Roll Off

**Job Overview**
The Roll Off & Rear Load Bin driver is responsible for waste collections of roll off and rear load bins for customer and partner waste collections. This role requires dependability, effective communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate roll off trucks and rear load bin trucks for waste collections
- Conduct scheduled pickups and deliveries of waste bins for residential, commercial, and municipal clients.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections as per MTO standards and promptly report any mechanical issues.
- Ensure proper placement and securement of containers to avoid spillage and comply with Ontario safety codes.
- Communicate with dispatch to maintain timely and efficient route coverage.
- Adhere to municipal and provincial environmental and waste disposal regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Ontario Class DZ license.
- Proven clean driving abstract from Service Ontario.
- Knowledge of Ontario’s CVOR system and relevant safety protocols.
- Experience with hydraulic lift systems and heavy-duty vehicle operation preferred.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and manage physical demands.
- Excellent customer service skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility for early morning starts, extended hours, and weekend shifts as needed

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
