Salesforce Administrator

**Scope of Position**
**Major Responsibilities**
- Identify where business needs are not being met and make recommendations for changes required to support business needs
- Responsible to document procedures, technical requirements, support processes and release notes that are appropriate for a technical or a non-technical audience
- Management of requirements development
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
- Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows and other routine tasks
- Lead, coordinate and participate in key process improvements as they relate to Salesforce and collaborate with other key members of the team as required, to ensure the system meets business demands.
- Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues through to resolution.
- Provide after hours and on call support as required.
**Qualifications**
**Knowledge / Skills**
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
- Minimum 5 years of experience using 1 or more of Financial Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, nCino
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
