As a Junior Sales Advisor you will learn all aspects of the automotive retail environment under the care and guidance of our leadership team. We provide a coaching-style approach along with a refined sales process. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written.

**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Volvo brand, the automotive market, including current trends and competitor offerings
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget and partnering with them along thier purchase process.
- Learn to negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
- Collaborate with all members on the team to ensure an excellent experience for all guests
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, following up with leads and maintaining accurate records
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including specifications, pricing, and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
