Highlights

**Merchandising**:
Create visual impact with displays and merchandise presentation that enhances the company’s image as a fashion store, enticing the customer to buy through the execution of company visual presentation/marketing direction and guidelines;
Supports approximately 35-40 specific stores within the Montreal & South Quebec region of Quebec in executing, adapting and training of all in-store merchandising directives and standards;
Execute merchandising assignments per company communications and standards;
Facilitate special merchandising projects as per the Store Merchandising Training Manager/Specialist;
Continually review, test and challenge standards to ensure clear and consistent execution.

**Training**:
Work with the Store Manager and Sales Staff to identify and teach new talent;
Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and seasonal display set ups;
Support in-store routines when necessary;
Provide consistent and regular feedback to Stores and Regional Sales Managers;
Maintain regular communication with Supervisor (Store Merchandising Training Manager).

Key Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of in-store retail experience in visual merchandising and training;
Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through creativity, fashion consciousness and market trends;
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment;
Strong listening, oral and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Knowledge of basic computer skills;
Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds;
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes/boxes, etc.) for a short distance;
Ability to climb ladders and step stools;
Travel frequently within Quebec and surrounding areas often with overnight stays;
Valid drivers license and daily use of a vehicle;
Bilingualism (French and English) required.
Travel daily within the Montreal & South Quebec region of Quebec and surrounding areas often with overnight stays;
