**Job Title**: Junior Project Manager

**Location**: Stratford Area, Ontario

**Salary**: $30 per hour + company truck

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing construction of renewable energy projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Travel to various construction job sites on farms in the Stratford, ON surrounding area
- Support the Project Manager with document control, RFIs, quality control, and accounting tasks
- Utilize MS Office and MS Project to help track project timelines and budgets
- Assist with on-site safety management and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Operate tools, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment as required

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in **Construction Management** or **Engineering** program
- Valid driver’s license
- Class 1 restricted or truck and trailer experience an asset
- Ability to travel to sites within the Stratford surrounding area
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project
- Knowledge of construction safety, quality control, document control, RFIs, and basic accounting is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working on farms and construction sites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate hand tools and equipment when necessary
- Open-minded and eager to learn and grow with an international renewable energy company
