StrategyCorp Toronto is looking for experienced **Communications Consultants** to join our growing team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A CANDIDATE FOR ANY OF THE ROLES, YOU’LL NEED TO POSSESS THE SKILLS BELOW AT AN APPROPRIATE EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

- 1 - 4 years of work experience in a communications role - Agency experience is preferred
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience playing a role in developing and executing strategic communications plans for organizations involving owned, earned, shared, and paid media components
- Experience supporting projects and working to ensure internal and external deadlines are met
- Critical and strategic thinking skills, and aptitude for problem solving
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships
- Ability to work flexibly, often to tight deadlines
- Exemplary customer service skills, including dealing effectively with clients, colleagues and vendors
- Ability to organize own work, coordinate projects and set priorities with minimum direction
- Self-starter who takes initiative and has sound, independent judgment
- Understanding of the Canadian news media market, inclusive of print, broadcast, and digital outlets
- Fluency in the use of shared media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok) in communications strategies
- Core math skills are an asset
- French language proficiency is an asset
- Public Relations training in a formal program is an asset
