Max the Mutt College of Animation, Art and Design is a Private Career College offering diplomas in Animation, Concept Art and Illustration & Storytelling for Sequential Arts as well as workshops and Professional Development courses. We are seeking Professional Instructors to join our amazing team at Max the Mutt College Animation Inc.

**What you will do**:
We have three Diploma Programs 1) Animation, 2) Concept Art and 3) Illustration and Storytelling for Sequential Arts. One Instructor shall be responsible for teaching a course named Advanced Props & Objects Design and a Second Instructor shall be responsible for teaching a course named Creature Design 1 both are in the Concept Art Program.

**Preparation for each semester and Administration/Teaching**:
Instruct their scheduled courses according to the curriculum as specified in the Appendix H and approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities;
Learn fully and properly utilize the required software for online teaching (when relevant);
Keep attendance records current on both MTM’s electronic database (Campus Login) and on the instructor’s copy (either paper or electronic);
Enter final grades and comments into Campus Login no more than 48 hours after the end of the last class;
Be familiar with, abide by, and enforce all school policies and codes of conduct;
Adhere to the deadline schedule presented each semester, including but not limited to: Submitting Material, Book Lists, Course Outlines and Grades.

Completion of Degree or Masters in a related field of study.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and to foster the same in their students.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations.

Experience in teaching and curriculum development at the post-secondary level or equivalent experience as a trainer in the industry [preferred].
Committed to excellence in teaching and learning and to working within a team environment.
Minimum of 5 years related professional experience.

**Salary**: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
