Landscape Crew Lead

We strive to make every property magazine worthy, leaving you to feel accomplished and the clients satisfied. The job will begin with fall clean up and preparing client's properties for the winter. As the season changes this job will transition into snow removal. Experience in both categories of the job are a must.

In this role you will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-3 people, ensuring all sites are maintained to the highest quality.

Tasks include but aren't limited to; lawn care, beds maintenance, hedging and trimming, general labour, and snow removal.

20-40 hours/week. Hours may vary based on experience, availability, weather and time of year. Valid G drivers license with clean abstract is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driving a company vehicle to and from each site daily
- Maintaining all equipment used for maintenance (up-keeping whipper snipper, hedgers, split booms, blowers, and all other hand tools)
- Evaluating each site and performing the needed tasks based on growth
- Weekly/ bi-weekly grass cutting, fertilizing, planting, hedging/pruning, weeding, deadheading, mulching and flip trimming as required, Spring and Fall Cleanups.
- Operating a snow plow
- Leading and organizing crews of 2-3 people

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 Years previous experience in Landscaping (required)
- 1-3 Years of snow removal experience (required)
- 1 year experience managing/leading people (preferred)
- G licensed Driver with clean Drivers Abstract (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Snow removal: 1 year (required)
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
