Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee mechanical projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals
- Collect and analyze data to track project performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations
- Communicate project updates and status reports to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Estimation experience considered an asset
- Proven experience in mechanical project management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Basecamp)
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in product management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
