**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the overall financial health of the organization by overseeing budgeting processes and ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
- Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to maintain timely billing and collection processes.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for investment.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial losses.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on financial performance and projections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, with a strong understanding of risk analysis and management.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting processes and account reconciliation practices.
- Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $49,500.00-$110,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
