Premiere Suites provides rented furnished apartments, condominiums, and townhomes for stays of 30+ days. Premiere Suites has over 1,600 suites in 38 cities across Canada.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Prepare for guest arrival by completing suite inspections and related minor repairs
- Prepare guest arrival packages
- Facilitate guest requests including grocery shopping
- Complete the furnishing and set up of new suites
- Complete minor maintenance
- Other projects and duties, as required
- Available for on call duties on occasion

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Resourceful & possess strong problem-solving skills
- Exhibit a sense of urgency when dealing with issues
- Adept at time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Planning, organizing and delegating with an appropriate degree of follow-up
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrates the ability to earn and retain trust

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2-3 years previous experience in customer service/ housekeeping in a hotel
- Hotel front office, maintenance or property management experience an asset
- Post-secondary education beneficial
- Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Opera PMS)
- High energy with professional, positive attitude
- Must have G license and own vehicle as travel is necessary most work days to perform duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
