**Job Summary**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction scores.
- Supervise and train Guest Service associates to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest services.
- Manage the guest operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor front desk activities, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing budgets, inventory, market, and supplies related to front office operations.
- Ensure that all staff are knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and front desk software.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities is nice to have to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, overnight, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
