**What You'll Do;**

As a Full Time Sales Associate in our Hockey Department, you will provide a brilliant customer experience by engaging our customers in authentic conversations and providing them with knowledgeable assistance in selecting and fitting the right product for their sport needs. You will have a focus on hockey but be able to assist customers with a variety of sports equipment.
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on current promotions, sales, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Actively participate in our team tasks to deliver a full experience to our customers including store cleanliness, merchandising, and restocking of product and control of inventory.
- Complete and attend all required online and team Product Knowledge training sessions.

**What You'll Bring;**
- A love of hockey, baseball and many team sports and are a coach, athlete, and player in team sports.
- An outgoing personality and an enthusiasm for sales and creating a brilliant customer experience.
- A genuine passion for serving the public and ensuring that all customers are cared for.
- Desire to continually learn and develop knowledge around the products we carry.
