Receptionist/administrator

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry tasks using CRM software
- Call cold leads and generate appointments daily
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in proofreading, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines efficiently
- Strong clerical skills including typing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Pay: $16.58-$21.80 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- english (required)
