Conway’s Menswear is currently seeking a part-time seamstress/tailor to join our team. If you have a passion for garment alteration along with excellent sewing and tailoring skills, we want to hear from you

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
This part-time position offers flexible shifts to accommodate your schedule and requires 12-25 hours of availability per week. Access to necessary equipment and materials will be provided with the ability to work from home if and when needed. This position will require you to:

- Perform alterations and repairs on various garments (e.g. pants, shirts, dresses, suits, jackets)
- Sew, hem, stitch, and mend garments using appropriate techniques, materials, and equipment
- Provide assistance on sales floor as needed, helping customers with fittings and stylings
- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit and appearance
- Replace buttons, zippers, and other fasteners as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a seamstress, tailor, or similar role, with a strong understanding of garment construction and alteration techniques
- Proficient sewing skills and knowledge of various fabrics and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Pay will be dependent on experience
