Trees Cannabis is looking for a Supervisor to join our cannabis retail team at our Bowen location in Nanaimo.

**About the Role Responsibilities**
- Ensures an exceptional customer experience through the execution of established service procedures and demonstrates a customer-centric culture that provides a positive experience for customers
- Works towards achievement of sales targets and provide guidance to team members in order to meet those targets
- Addresses any arising customer issues or concerns as they develop
- Enforces and upholds all relevant regulations, store operations, cash handling, and safe workplace policies
- Trains, supervises, and provides coaching for CSSRs
- Participates in merchandising, inventory counts, and organization activities
- Open and closes the store in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

- You’re committed to superior customer service, maintaining a welcoming work environment, and building professional relationships with customers and co-workers
- You’re known for your communication skills, great judgement, and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor
- You have the ability to work evenings and weekends

**Work Environment**

Supervisors work predominantly in customer facing roles interacting with the public. They participate in store cleanliness activities, and may be required to safely lift object of up to 22 kg. This role requires standing, bending at the waist, and walking back and forth for the duration of the shift.
