We are currently seeking a talented skilled trades professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a skilled individual who thrives in a diverse work environment, tackling a variety of tasks with expertise and finesse.

**Car ownership with a valid G license is a must**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, demo, tile work, drywall, general and finishing work to support various project phases.
- Picking up materials, putting up floor protection, performing other general labour duties as needed
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and office staff to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve onsite challenges with innovative solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
- Vehicle is a must
- Communicating with other trades on site to ensure that the job is done to the highest standard
- Visit job sites daily
- Upload Daily Logs and Complete Daily To-Dos on online platform on a daily basis

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Experience in residential construction
- High work ethic
- Ability to read drawings
- Strong computer skills
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, particularly in the luxury market segment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
- An excellent team player committed to contributing to a positive working environment

Compensation: negotiable based on experience

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
