**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Shop & Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations within our service and shop departments by managing workflow, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a communication hub between departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the internal shop and service teams.
- Schedule and track equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain service logs, work orders, and parts inventory records.
- Liaise between field teams, shop staff, and management to ensure efficient communication.
- Monitor incoming service requests and assign tasks based on priority and technician availability.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Support the enforcement of safety protocols and company procedures in the shop.
- Assist with reporting and documentation, including equipment usage, and service history.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination, logistics, or administrative role, preferably in a service/shop environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with service or fleet management software is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of mechanical or construction equipment is mandatory.
