Your responsibilities as a Health & safety Administrator at TMI will include the following:

- Gather, track and report out on weekly Site Safety documentation.
- Assist in investigating all workplace accidents, incidents, near misses and report findings.
- Assist in Health and Safety initiatives including, COR certification, WSIB Safety group, aid in maintaining the corporate health, safety, environment program..
- Assist in providing a safe and healthful workplace including performing workplace inspections.
- Assist in the development of employee training programs, facilitate training, and ensure workers are trained and\or certified as required. Ensure training programs are identified and implemented as required.
- Maintain weekly safety tracking, including creation of spread sheets and charts
- Monitoring and uploading workers training certs,
- Provide workers with safety and health information and support supervisors with their duties as required.
- Perform other duties as warranted.

You would be required to attend safety, training, strategy and other meetings as required. At all times it will be required for you to assist TMI clients and your coworkers to the best of your ability. As we offer a 24 hour, 7 day a week service to our customers, you will be expected to respond positively at any given time when the need arises, even during off hours.

Skills and Experience:

- Preference will be given to individuals who are working or have attained a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

This role has the ability to develop into a full Health and Safety Coordinator position.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
