**General Description**

In your position as a broker team member you will report to senior management and be an important member of the Obvi Team. Excellent communication skills and proficiency using a suite of software products to ensure the timely processing of all duties and responsibilities are requirements of this position. It is also a requirement of this position to obtain and maintain a minimum of a valid General Level 1 insurance licence within the territories Obvi Inc. operates.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**
- Proficient in modern sales methods
- Highly proficient with computer software including CRM systems
- Self-starter and task oriented
- Ability to understand the needs of the customer
- Capability of understanding and explaining insurance offerings and provide the appropriate insurance coverage

**Customer Service & Sales**
- Keep informed and have deep knowledge of our products and services
- Gather complete and accurate information from customers to follow up and provide the most appropriate product offerings

**Reporting & Systems**
- Monitor, track and report on all marketing initiatives and provide key insights to maximize results and drive engagement
- Compile insights and commentary for presentation in Month End Reports as well as marketing campaign reports
- Track and report customer engagement using various software systems
- Use and Maintain company CRM

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
