Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Advisor, Inside Sales (working from home) for our Head Office in Surrey, BC. This means you just need to have a BC Insurance License but can live anywhere Do you love to talk about insurance and provide exceptional client service? **The Opportunity**:
You will bring together strong technical skills and general insurance knowledge to support the Sales team and our clients in assessing and fulfilling their insurance needs.

**In this role you’ll**:

- Introduce and sell insurance services to current and future clients
- Respond on a timely basis to incoming web leads
- Achieve and excel monthly sales quotas
- Complete the sales process while building a strong client relationship
- Accurately record client activities in the company’s data base
- Provide exceptional client service

**Here’s what you bring**:

- High School Graduate
- Experience with personal lines insurance is considered an asset
- Insurance Broker Level 1 License, working towards Level 2 is a plus
- Proven experience working in a sales quota driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, an active listener
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner
- A natural ability at building authentic client relationships
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion
- Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
