You support our team as QUALITY MANAGER (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for managing the daily activities of the quality team, including direct supervision of two technicians. - Ensure continuity of the quality system, promotes continuous improvement, and supports OpEx initiatives. - Leading and participating in internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits - Managing and maintaining the quality management system, including FSSC 22000 and other certifications (Kosher, Halal, etc.) - Ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements. - Overseeing the handling of customer inquiries and complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective actions - Supporting raw material approvals and supplier evaluations as part of the supplier management program - Leading quality-related communication across departments and representing the quality function in cross-functional meetings - Monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives - Managing relationships with regulatory authorities and supporting other CAPOL entities on Canadian regulatory matters. **Qualifications**: - With a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, you will bring valuable expertise to the team. - A degree in food science or a related field will be considered an asset. - Your proficiency in both English and French (oral and written) is essential, as a portion of the interview process will be conducted in English. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is necessary for effective performance in this role. - Knowledge of SAP is a major asset, contributing to our operational efficiency. - Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage and lead your team. - You should demonstrate strong decision-making skills, exercising sound judgment on quality matters. - Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
