**Overview**: Tabor Village is a vibrant community where seniors experience “care from the heart”, with Christian compassion and respect. We are a "Campus of Care" that is operated by the Tabor Home Society, and consists of Tabor Home, Tabor Manor, Tabor Court, and Valhaven. The Screening Coordinator Oversees the Screeners & Visitation Hosts at Tabor Home, Valhaven & Tabor Court, while ensuring visitation policies are up to date with current COVID-19 regulations recommended by the government and/or those set by Tabor Village. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**: - **Scheduling**:_ - Create monthly schedule for Tabor Home, Valhaven & Tabor Court sites - Manage daily schedule to ensure screener shift coverage as required - Create and post screening schedule at each Tabor site - Schedule training shifts for new screeners - In collaboration with HR, conduct interviews & hire new screeners when needed - **Time sheets/Payroll**:_ - Manage screening staff time sheets to ensure accuracy and timely submission to payroll. - Verification of time sheets against master schedule - **Administrative**:_ - Use HRIS Comvida to create staff screening logs - Create reports to include but not limited to bi-weekly screening reports - Complete daily and weekly filing of logs - Oversee rapid test inventory and requisition - Orientate new screening hires as required - Perform other duties as assigned - Attend meetings and educational programs as required **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - Have previous experience as a supervisor - Communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors. - Able to establish strong working relationships with key departments and personnel. - Skilled in MS Office Suite including, Excel, Outlook, and Word **Benefits**: - Company events - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift COVID-19 considerations: Covid-19 Vaccination required.
