**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that exceed customer expectations.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
