Toronto, Canada Franklin Templeton Investments Full time

This position is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and will require in person attendance, with occasional work from home as needed.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic undergraduate student for a Fall Co-op term with our Marketing team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This internship position is designed for undergraduate students entering their 2nd or 3rd whom have an interest in investing. The co-op will last approximately 8 to 12 weeks.

The Co-op student will actively participate in various Marketing projects and initiatives supporting our strategic initiatives and goals. The role will be responsible for providing support of the Canada Marketing Team.

What are the responsibilities of the Co-op Student?- Provide support for in person and virtual events (logistics and event analysis)- Campaign project management- Provide Social media support- Ad hoc design support (Adobe/PPT)- Supporting the marketing team on ad hoc projects throughout the term

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?- Rising undergraduate student in his/her second or third year of university- Keen interest in developing a career in financial services and event planning- Proficient computer skills and highly proficient at MS Office- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills- Excellent organization and time management skills- Customer service experience is an asset- Adobe experience is an asset- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Eagerness to learn and a desire to be a team player- Ability to work Independently and in a team setting- Flexibility and willingness to perform various ad-hoc assignments
