Marketing Assistant - Fall Co-op

**Role Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, self starter to join our Marketing team as a co-op student. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a lot and gain experience in Marketing at a fast paced organization. Plus, we get to look at a lot of photos of cute dogs.

**You will**:

- Assist the Brand and DTC team on preparing, organizing and deploying copy + content for peak seasonal programs including Black Friday/Cyber Monday campaign.
- Assist on content + copy development to ensure consistency and strong execution of brand communication objectives.
- Help develop, review and edit long form content such as blogs and other long form website copy.
- Assist coordination of photoshoots including managing samples, dog models and timelines
- Support on social content planning, posting and management
- Help to organize and execute content and projects alongside Content Marketing Manager and the cross-functional team.
- Offer continued support to the Marketing Team across all areas of the business including special/ad hoc projects as assigned.

**What You Bring**
- 3rd or 4th year student in a Marketing, Management, or related field
- A detail-oriented, driven and organized individual
- Enthusiastic about jumping in and working on multiple projects; both individually and within a

team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with numerous departments and senior management
- Excellent editing skills; ability to review and update copy to ensure it meets brand standards.
- Strong ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and support the team
- Experience with managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Curious about ChatGPT and AI tools
