**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review project requirements, specifications, and blueprints to understand the scope of work and identify potential cost-impacting issues.
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate the work environment and gather necessary information for estimating.
- Ensure estimates align with local building codes, permit requirements, and industry standards.
- Analyze and interpret data to create accurate cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Source materials, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Determine workforce needs, estimate project schedules, and align installation timelines with labor availability.
- Communicate and collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of estimates.
- Manage project estimates throughout the project lifecycle, updating estimates as needed.
- Monitor and track project costs to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve estimating processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project estimation, specifically in aluminum and vinyl windows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, materials, and equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software - Revu/BlueBeam.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
