**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Auphan POS.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the dining experience.

**Skills**
- Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Auphan POS, for order entry and payment processing.
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices to ensure a clean dining environment.
