**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Junior Project Coordinator** to support our project management team in the execution and delivery of projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, this entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in project management, offering hands-on experience in measuring sites, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reading architectural plans
- Completing site measurements
- Liaison with builder contacts on scheduling and delivery dates
- Supporting communication between the project manager, team members, and clients
- Identify risks and site issues to report to the Project Manager
- Site visits to monitor installation progress
- Assist with deliveries and service work when required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or related field experience in architecture, business management, or project management
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings, including 2020 program
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Basic carpentry and familiarity with tools an assets
