**Responsabilités**:
Faisant partie de notre équipe de réception, vos responsabilités incluront d’accueillir et de souhaiter la bienvenue aux clients, toujours avec le sourire, d’aider les clients avec la prise de rendez-vous, diriger les demandes adéquatement, donner les informations justes, aider pour les paiements de rendez-vous, ainsi qu’un certain nombre de tâches administratives, projets spéciaux et événements.

**Exigences et Qualifications**:
La personne qui applique devrait avoir les qualifications suivantes:

- Minimum de deux ans d’expérience à la réception d’un spa ou d’un environnement médical.
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue, en français et en anglais.
- Doit avoir un bon esprit d’équipe.
- Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et l’habileté à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Habileté à maintenir des standards opérationnels de première classe.
- Doit avoir une attitude très positive et orientée vers l’action.

We are searching for an outstanding, part-time, bilingual
**Front Desk Receptionist** to join our Pointe-Claire team

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of our front desk reception team, your duties will include;
- greeting and welcoming clients with a smile;
- escorting them to the waiting area;
- offering a beverage;
- scheduling client appointments;
- directing inquires;
- providing information;
- assisting with checkouts as well as a number of administrative tasks and special projects and events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of two years of experience in reception in a spa or medical environment.
- Must be bilingual in both French and English.
- Must have superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain world-class operating standards.
- Must have a positive disposition and action-oriented attitude.
