**We are currently seeking a Sales Team Leader for our Personal Lines department who will lead and execute all efforts required to achieve and exceed Personal Lines sales goals. A key part of the role is to lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.**

**What will you do?**
- Leading, motivating, and mentoring a driven and dynamic personal lines sales team
- Creating strategies and putting them into action to increase overall sales
- Help increase and grow internal sales knowledge
- Develop and increase sales funnel by “outside of the box thinking”, looking at any and all business development/cross selling opportunities to help us grow
- Attending industry events to help attract and identify sales talent

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Personal Lines sales leadership role
- Active RIBO license
- Strong understanding of sales cycle, systems, sales reporting and processes
- Experience creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to identify strengths and growth opportunities of a team
- Strong ability to keep sales teams motivated and engaged
- Proven sales track history
- Interpersonal, strong communication and listening skills are crucial for this position
