POSITION: Head Chef
LOCATION: Autostrada

We are looking for a talented Chef for Autostrada Downtown to strategically lead the culinary team in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for executing Chef Lucais’s vision for food quality, kitchen management and hiring and developing culinary team members.

Inspired by the regions of Italy, our focus is on a simple menu where quality ingredients shine - both imported and local - using both traditional and modern culinary methods. Our ambition is to share the magic of Autostrada with the world, so we are seeking chefs (aspiring and experienced) who are as bold as that vision.

Head/Restaurant Chef Responsibilities:

- Leadership and management of our core values
- People development through training new and current employees
- Ensure profitability of location
- High proficiency In all sections of the kitchen
- Setting a high standard for cleanliness and organization and culinary excellence
- Administrative work (inventory, scheduling, invoicing, ordering)
- Collaborating with the Autostrada Executive leadership team to ensure high-quality food and guest experience.
- Recruitment of new team members

Restaurant Chef Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Knowledge of and ability to impact labour costs
- Great attitude
- Open availability
- Coachable and accountable
- Calm and positive under pressure
- Collaborative and infuential

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
