Parts Coordinator
Boyd Autobody & Glass is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to help us WOW our customers We are looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team at one of our busy locations. The Role
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring that all parts and materials required for vehicle repair are ordered, received, and distributed to the technical team in a manner that meets or exceeds specified accuracy and efficiency targets. The Parts Person is also responsible for handling returns / credits of parts when necessary and must be able to handle other miscellaneous duties if required. Acknowledging the importance of timely and accurate parts delivery to the customer’s repair experience, the Parts Person supports the company’s mission to “WOW Every Customer”.
**Requirements**:
- “WOW Every Customer” mindset- Applicants must have previous parts experience or shipping/receiving experience- Proficient spoken and written English- Must be able to work independently- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment- Clear, close eyesight- Requires attention to detail- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs- Must abide by our safety program, including the use of personal protective equipment as appropriate- Valid driver's license- Legally authorized to work in Canada
