**In addition to a starting wage of $17.40-$18.25 (based on experience), our Spa Coordinators also earn an average of $5.50 extra per hour worked in commissions and gratuities**

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests, confirm appointment details, provide spa tours
- Book appointments and assist with retail sales
- Process payments and follow end-of-day cash-out procedures
- Light cleaning and stocking

**Education, Experience & Skill Set**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with technology, able to be trained on spa booking & payment software
- Warm, friendly, calm and caring nature
- Flexibility to work combination of weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
- A guest-focused attitude which contributes to memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in a customer service based role is an asset
- Consistent and dependable

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
