Our diversified fleet can be found providing services to a variety of industries including utilities, construction, film & television, fire suppression, heli-skiing, air ambulance and natural resources locally, nationally and internationally. With the growth the company is experiencing, Ascent is looking to add to its team of highly motivated, energetic, and exceptionally qualified employees.

We are currently looking to add a Shipper/Receiver to our team. The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for all inbound and outbound parts and packages, inventory maintenance and controls, data integrity and ensuring that all tasks are done in compliance with regulatory standards and company standards for quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shipping and receiving inventory - Ensure quality standards are met for incoming/outbound packages, ensure proper documentation is complete for shipped/received parts, ensure proper procedures and regulatory requirements are fulfilled for each shipment, track packages and resolve issues with vendors when necessary. Items may be shipped by air or ground.
- Order fulfillment - filling orders, picking and packing orders, complete all accompanying paperwork/documentation as required
- Inventory Maintenance - monitor and maintain inventory levels, maintaining inventory tracking system, perform routine and spontaneous audits of inventory, coordinate with Maintenance Department to ensure there is adequate inventory for upcoming projects
- Inventory Organization - ensure that inventory is organized in a logical and safe manner, ensure the area is kept tidy and in compliance with all health and safety protocols
- Facilitate the movement of parts to the field in the event of an AOG.
- Perform local parts pick up or deliveries as needed.

**Position Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License - Class 5
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using basic features within Adobe
- Attention to detail
- Aviation experience preferred
- Experience with Flight Docs is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
