**Position Overview**

- The Real Estate, Facilities and Economic Development Department is looking for a temporary full time Clerk Typist 2 to support the Economic Development division until July 30th, 2025.

**Responsibilities**

**Requirements**:

- You will have general office experience, a minimum keyboarding speed of 50 wpm net, a demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills are important for this role, as is attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to deal effectively with City staff and the public.

**Compensation**
- $27.30 - $31.97
- (Pay Grade 13 - January 2024 rates)

**Hours of Work**
- The City of North Vancouver currently works on a compressed work schedule of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with one scheduled day off (Monday or Friday) approximately every 3-week scheduling cycle.
