**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing cash transactions, assisting with food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment. **Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the establishment and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Take food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring accuracy in order entry.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to provide prompt service to all guests.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential.
- Experience in bartending or food service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and helping guests have a positive experience.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
