Fundy Textile Truro office is looking for a Sales Support Employee for Monday to Friday Days, the position involves assisting Senior Sales Manager by entering and following up with customers on sales orders in a computerized program specifically designed for the screenprint & embroidery market. Greeting and assisting customers on site. Good computer skills and attention to detail are required. Be able to work independantly and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co workers.

An education in business procedures or administration or related experience with order entry would be an asset. Previous sales experience also an asset.
- Assist Senior Account Manager with order creation, entry and tracking
- Process and balance cash, debit and credit payments daily.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure orders are completed correctly, in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned. sales and sales support person, the position involves assisting sales representatives by entering and following up with customers on customized sales orders in a computerized program specifically designed for the screenprint & embroidery market. Greeting and assisting customers on site.
