We are currently looking to hire a qualified Sales and Finance Coordinator to our team of professionals.

The Sales and Finance Coordinator, is responsible for responding to leads in a professional and timely manner as well as handling finance/credit information along with supporting bank documents. They must possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail and are enthusiastic, positive, goal minded, and a clear communicator (strong English writing and speaking skills).

**General Responsibilities**:

- Understand and implement internet sales, follow up process, and use the lead management system effectively and efficiently
- Facilitate and finalize bank contract details with clients to ensure all parties are in agreeance and ensure bank contracts are funded promptly
- Try and secure an appointment to get the customer into the dealership
- Carry out and coordinate tasks with the Sales Consultants
- Maximize the registration of prospect names, phone numbers, and appointments
- Reports to the Senior Finance Manager of Subprime Financing department
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Will need to be available for the following hours.
- 10am - 6pm **or** 12pm - 8pm Monday to Thursday
- 9am - 6pm Friday or Saturday (alternating weekends schedule)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Is a self-starter, has multi-tasking and prioritizing skills, interpersonal and team building skills, problem solving and decision making skills, excellent communication skills (including verbal, listening, writing)
- Will need to have or attain an AMVIC license upon employment
- Knowledge of Dealertrack and Activix considered an asset
- Multilingual language speaking considered an asset

Salary + Bonuses range: 38,000 - 66,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
