**Your contribution**

Reporting to the Senior Director - IT, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, designing, documenting, and recommending solutions for business processes based on market best practices. He/she will have to understand the requirements of the company and internal customers. In addition, he/she will be responsible for the evolution of the IT systems.

**Your day-to-day**
- Responsible for understanding the business needs of internal customers and transforming them into technical solutions;
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications;
- Propose best business practices and identify value-added solutions to internal customers;
- Participate in the analysis, design, documentation and implementation phases of computerization solutions and digitalization projects;
- Responsible for the evolution of systems, i.e. managing change requests and evolution cycles by establishing project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and defining business specifications;
- Document key business processes in the form of user requirements and software specifications;
- Maintain system documentation for security and access management in accordance with regulatory requirements;
- Manage assigned projects and initiatives;
- Support users in best practices for using the systems.

**Your skills, our requirements**
- College or university degree or equivalent experience;
- Studies in administration or accounting, an asset;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT development or in a similar position;
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of integrated enterprise systems (ERP - SAP/Oracle)
- Understanding of the IT systems development lifecycle;
- Experience in ERP implementation projects and/or project management - both traditional and agile approaches an asset;
- Knowledge of a ticketing tool is an asset (e.g. Jira);
- Experience working with accounting and finance teams an asset;
- Fluently bilingual (French and English), both verbal and written knowledge of Spanish an asset.

- The position is based at the company’s head office located in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
