We are hiring a business analyst to join our team. You will work alongside other analysts, engineers, designers and executives. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.

To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. You will have the ability to understand problems and execute research and present various solutions. In addition, you will work collaboratively with various team members and have excellent ability to execute.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Business Analyst to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for the organization
- Work with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement systems and processes to improve data collection and analysis
- Create detailed business requirements and specifications for new projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure business requirements are met
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and test scripts
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and to provide regular progress updates

Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 years' experience information technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong research techniques and skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SQL and other programming languages is a plus
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations
- Willingness to work in a highly flexible environment with multiple competing priorities
- Razor sharp attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
