Bookings Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicating with clients
- Explaining clients company policies and procedures and act on any questions or complains as a firs level of support
- Work with bookings and databases
- Answer and redirect phone calls, coordinate schedule and client visits
- Assist in processing violations and insurance process
- Maintain a filing system as per management requirements
- Perform regular data entry to keep information up to date
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
- Work with clients, on various level customer care process
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Other admin duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Should have strong experience as a customer care representative in busy environment ( Call center, Online client support, Collection agent)
- Proven experience in dealing with difficult clients
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Databases data entry and data management experience
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in typing. With typing speed 42-45wpm
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of mathematics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Job Type**: Shifts (Mon-Sat)
Starting Salary: $17.00 per hour
