**Order Picking**:Accurately pick supplies from designated storage locations based on customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
Ensure the correct quantity and type of products are selected for each order.

**Quality Control**:Inspect picked items for any visible defects or damages before packing.
Verify that the products match the order specifications in terms of color, size, and quantity.

Scanning: Scan product barcodes for fulfillment.

**Packaging**:Carefully and securely pack supplies into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring products are protected from damage during transit.
Follow specific packaging guidelines and procedures to maintain the quality of the products.

**Labeling and Documentation**:Accurately label packages with shipping labels and customer-specific instructions.
Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including packing slips and invoices.

**Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor or inventory control personnel.

**Stock Replenishment**:Assist in restocking inventory as needed to ensure product availability for future orders.
Maintain a well-organized and clean workspace to facilitate efficient picking and packing.

**Shipping and Receiving**:Coordinate with shipping carriers and ensure packages are ready for pickup or drop-off.
Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and update inventory accordingly.

**Safety Compliance**:Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment and handling materials.
Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near-misses to the supervisor immediately.

**Team Collaboration**:Work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure a smooth workflow and meet daily shipping deadlines.
Assist in cross-training activities to improve overall departmental efficiency.

**Customer Service**:Communicate professionally and promptly with customer service representatives or management regarding order-related issues or inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely shipments.

**Efficiency and Productivity**:Strive to meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets for order picking and packing.
Suggest process improvements to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.

**Cleanliness and Organization**:Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist in periodic warehouse clean-up and reorganization efforts.

**Adherence to Company Policies**:Follow all company policies, including dress code, attendance, and workplace behavior.

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
